Exchange and Refund Policy
The individual society offers exchange services to our customers with the following term and conditions:
- Exchange is allowed for all the accessories, excluding earrings for hygiene purposes.
- Exchange is allowed for purchases made using our promotion codes.
- The exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the time when the item was received, any exchange requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Only one-time exchange is allowed.
- Exchange requests are only successful after we have attended to the request. (i.e. Accept the exchange requests)
- Shipping fees for exchange service will not be covered. We will not be responsible for any lost mails in the process of returning. Should you receive any defective products or wrong products, the exchange shipping fees will be covered.
- The return address (Singapore) will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.
- To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be in its original conditions (new, unworn) received, packed in its original packaging. Exchange request will be voided if the exchange items received failed to comply to the above conditions.
- Processing time for exchanges takes up to 5-7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
- Store credits will be issued in the events when the item that you have requested for exchange is permanently out of stocks.
- Kindly note there is strictly no refund, unless, otherwise stated.
